Hello, I am Anthony Baker.

I am a Marine veteran, with a black belt in Jiu- Jitsu. For the last 10 years I have been a trainer & coach for corporate America. My purpose on Earth is helping people. Helping people transform their body, increasing their resiliency, and strengthening their mind are some of my true passions.

Helping the adult mind learn how to jump rope, lift weights or change body composition can be a complex challenge. However, I love challenges and serving my purpose satisfies my soul. As a coach and trainer, I teach fitness related activities and I promote creating lifelong habits that project the mind & body in a positive direction.


My Approach

 

I believe there are three habits necessary for happiness & success, but happiness isn’t everything. The 3 habits are also my business slogan: Sacrifice. Sweat. Smile. There are habits humans choose to take on. It takes practice to focus on selecting positive habits that project our lives in a positive direction. I challenge my clients to maintain proper lifting posture and build the daily habits that bring happiness & success.

 

Believe it

I spent 20 years of my youth building bad habits. As an adult in my 40’s, with two kids, I recognize it is the daily work and forgiveness for my past behaviors that push me forward. You can bring positive change into your life daily in you can believe it & work for it. Believe in yourself as much as I believe in you.

Build it

Be careful to not be fooled. It will be challenging, but not impossible. The activities programmed for individuals are designed to achieve the desired results in a timely fashion. Building daily habits will help accelerate the process. In a world of temptation, the building blocks for a happy and successful life are heavy. Start practicing today.
